Security Researcher Technical Lead (C/C++/Firmware)

What you will do

• Lead advanced vulnerability research across firmware, software, virtualization, and hardware security.
• Conduct architecture security reviews, threat modeling, secure code reviews, and red team assessments.
• Develop analysis techniques, fuzzing frameworks, and security research tools.
• Communicate complex technical findings to executives, engineering leaders, and external stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop security researchers at different experience levels.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in security research, offensive security, or a related field.
• Proven record of identifying significant vulnerabilities and driving remediation.
• Experience leading complex security research or offensive security projects and influencing technical decisions across teams.
• Extensive hands-on experience with C/C++ software development and security analysis.
• Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and availability for Shift 1 in Israel.

Nice to have

• Experience with penetration testing, fuzzing, reverse engineering, exploit development, and static code analysis.
• Expertise in embedded software and firmware security.
• Understanding of OS internals, virtualization, compiler behavior, Intel Architecture, and VMX/TDX.
• Experience with hardware security, side-channel analysis, trusted execution environments, cryptography, and secure system design.
• Published research, CVEs, conference presentations, or other recognized security contributions.
