IT Support Automation Engineer Junior/Junior+ [DWH]

Location: Worldwide; remote work available, with office work also offered. Relocation support is available to hubs in Cyprus, Serbia, Georgia, or Kazakhstan.

A fintech company developing a data delivery platform that supports internal analysts and data teams in Mexico and Colombia.

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for internal users of the DWH data pipelines platform.
• Investigate data load statuses, delays, access requests, source-connection requests, and common platform errors.
• Automate support workflows using Slack workflows, scripts, bots, and AI-powered tools.
• Contribute to on-call automation, including request routing and incident statistics analysis.
• Turn resolved cases and frequently asked questions into user guides, FAQs, documentation, and internal runbooks.
• Enhance AI-powered chat and support tools based on the team’s knowledge base.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of SQL and Python or Bash, including running and adapting scripts.
• Previous experience in IT support, service desk, or helpdesk roles.
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
• General understanding of databases, APIs, and message queues such as Kafka.
• Ability to handle routine technical operations, troubleshoot requests independently, and document outcomes.
• English at B1 level or higher for communication with international users and team members.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Git, or Slack workflows.
• Experience with Onyx AI or similar knowledge management tools.
• Ability to write code in Python, Go, or SQL.
• Basic knowledge of Kubernetes.
