Location: Remote, Minsk; working hours are 10:00–19:00 Dubai time

What you will do

• Execute media buying strategies on Facebook and TikTok.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize advertising strategies.
• Coordinate with marketing and creative teams to align campaigns with brand messaging.
• Create advertising creatives and prepare technical briefs for the Design team.
• Provide performance insights and recommend campaign improvements to stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 1 year and up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Meta and TikTok advertising platforms.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and refine media buying strategies.
• Ability to work remotely from Minsk during Dubai business hours.
