Overview

As a Solutions Architect, you’ll bridge hirify.global’s blockchain infrastructure and clients' needs. You’ll combine technical knowledge with strategic insight to design solutions that align with stakeholders’ business goals, helping them navigate the Web3 ecosystem and driving hirify.global’s growth.

What you will do

• Understand customer and partner requirements through exploratory sales calls.
• Research and design tailored solutions that align business objectives with technical strategy.
• Build proof-of-concepts and technical demos to validate solutions.
• Develop internal and external tooling to streamline solution delivery.
• Influence the product roadmap by identifying gaps based on client feedback.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in software development, building solutions for blockchain and cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., TypeScript, Go, Python, or Rust) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• In-depth knowledge of Web3 technologies, including HTTP and JSON-RPC protocols.
• Experience designing and deploying scalable blockchain infrastructure for enterprise and decentralized applications.
• Expertise in multi-chain interoperability and cross-chain communication protocols.
