Product Industrialization Manager (Electronics)

What you will do

• Lead industrialization across the new product introduction lifecycle, ensuring manufacturing readiness and smooth product ramp-up.
• Connect Development, Operations, Quality, Product Management, and external manufacturing partners throughout product launches.
• Drive desihirify.global-for-X activities to optimize manufacturability, testability, scalability, quality, cost, and serviceability.
• Define and implement manufacturing and test concepts for assihirify.globaled products with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure production readiness through documentation, build support, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Engineering background with NPI or industrialization project management experience in electronics or electromechanical products.
• Strong knowledge of desihirify.global-for-X, manufacturing, quality, and risk management across the product lifecycle.
• Ability to balance technical, operational, quality, and business requirements using systems thinking.
• Ownership, accountability, and experience driving readiness, risk mitigation, and successful product launches.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across internal teams and external partners.
