Business Analyst with Trading Experience

What you will do

• Define business, financial, and functional requirements with decision makers, system owners, and end users.
• Establish the scope of systems analysis, outcome criteria, and measurement actions.
• Analyze business processes, data sources, interfaces, and required process changes.
• Assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution across development, support, and technical business users.
• Act as a subject matter expert for trading systems initiatives and development.
• Communicate requirements and findings effectively with business and development teams.

Requirements

• Understanding of major global exchange features and the full lifecycle of exchange-traded derivatives.
• Knowledge of capital markets, investment banks, financial regulations including MiFID II, EMIR, and FCA guidelines.
• Knowledge of market data providers such as Bloomberg and Refinitiv, as well as liquidity aggregation platforms.
• At least 2 years of experience in commodity trading and 3–6 years of overall professional experience.
• Degree in finance, economics, engineering, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as CFA, CFOA, or CAIA.
