Outperformer Business & Finance Track (Trainee)

What you will do

• Complete a two-year global management development program with responsibility from the beginning.
• Work for 12 months as an Account Manager, gaining experience with customers, products, services, and software.
• Complete operational, strategic regional, and international projects across different markets.
• Finance Track participants will complete finance, controlling, and reporting rotations in their home country, regional hub, and another country.
• Collaborate with global colleagues and senior management while participating in an impactful social project.

Requirements

• Master’s degree completed or expected, preferably in business management, engineering, finance, or a related field.
• Between three months and four years of work experience; the posting specifies approximately one to three years for the role.
• Fluent English and at least one additional language.
• International experience through work, internships, or studies abroad.
• Global mobility and willingness to commit to working abroad.
• Curiosity, maturity, assertiveness, dedication, communication skills, and flexibility as a team player.

Hiring process

• Mandatory preselection questions must be completed with the application.
• Shortlisted candidates proceed through video screening, face-to-face interviews, a field ride, and an assessment center.
• Interviews begin in June, the assessment center takes place in September, and the program starts in October 2026.
