TL;DR

Focus on resolving invoice and payment discrepancies, maintaining financial controls, and improving accounts payable processes across an internationally organized team.

What you will do
- Process supplier invoices accurately and in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Run supplier payments in SAP S/4HANA and review payment-run exception reports.
- Respond to supplier queries and follow up on invoice approvals.
- Reconcile supplier accounts, accounts payable balances, and general ledger entries.
- Collaborate with accounting colleagues across different countries and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting and at least two years of Accounts Payable experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Experience with global ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure, adapt to change, and prioritize tasks.
- Proactive approach and willingness to challenge existing processes and drive continuous improvement.
Nice to have
- Experience working with multinational stakeholders.
- Knowledge of international VAT legislation and foreign-currency bookkeeping.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
