TL;DR
Sales Intern in Siberia (Consumer Goods/Sales): Building business relationships with national retail and online clients and developing commercial plans for globally recognized consumer brands with an accent on customer needs, client collaboration, and negotiation preparation. Focus on making strategic sales recommendations, coordinating with Brand Management and Finance, and leading business projects from day one.
Location: Must be based in Krasnoyarsk or Barnaul, or be ready to relocate to one of these cities with company support. Possibility of working from home and flexible working hours.
Salary: 90,000 RUB per month gross. Monthly lunch and flexibility allowance: 4,000 RUB gross.

What you will do
- Partner with key national retail chains and online retailers.
- Analyze client and shopper needs and contribute to client meetings.
- Co-develop business plans with P&G Sales managers and prepare for external negotiations.
- Make commercial recommendations for a portfolio of global consumer brands.
- Suggest strategic choices to improve sales.
- Collaborate with Brand Management, Finance, and other departments while leading one or more business projects.
Requirements
- Location: Krasnoyarsk or Barnaul, or readiness to relocate to one of these cities.
- Final-year student or recent graduate within two years of graduation.
- English at Intermediate level or higher.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Immigration sponsorship is not available.
