Sales Intern (Consumer Goods)

Location: Must be based in Krasnoyarsk or Barnaul, or be ready to relocate there with company support. Possibility of working from home; flexible working hours.

Salary: 90,000 RUB gross per month. Additional monthly lunch and flexibility allowance: 4,000 RUB gross.

What you will do

• Partner with key national retail chains and online retailers.
• Analyze client and shopper needs and contribute to customer meetings.
• Co-develop business plans and prepare for external negotiations.
• Develop commercial recommendations for globally recognized brands.
• Suggest strategic choices to improve sales.
• Collaborate with Brand Management, Finance, and other departments.

Requirements

• Final-year student or recent graduate, up to two years after graduation.
• English at Intermediate level or higher.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to draw insights from data.
• No immigration sponsorship is available.
