Lead Forward Deployed Engineer, Hospitality (AI)

Location: Remote in the United States or Canada; hybrid/remote, with on-site client work

What you will do

• Own client deployments end to end, including engagement scoping, system integrations, model delivery, and adoption within revenue organizations.
• Design and ship agentic AI workflows that hotel revenue managers can trust and use.
• Translate hotel revenue-management expertise into decision logic and validate recommendations against experienced practitioners.
• Integrate with PMS, CRS, RMS, distribution, product, engineering, and commercial systems.
• Define deployment methodology and performance measurement standards.
• Build, mentor, and lead the forward deployed engineering team as the hospitality business scales.

Requirements

• Senior-level hands-on experience in hotel systems engineering or hotel revenue management, combining technical delivery with commercial domain expertise.
• Production experience with machine learning, forecasting, optimization, and AI delivery, or substantial hotel revenue leadership across multi-property portfolios.
• Hands-on familiarity with RMS platforms such as IDeaS or Duetto, PMS platforms such as Oracle OPERA, CRS platforms such as Amadeus ACRS or Sabre SynXis, and hotel BI or rate-shopping tools.
• Practical experience with Oracle Hospitality Integration Platform, OpenTravel Alliance, and Hospitality Technology Next Generation specifications.
• Production experience with SQL, Python, modern ML and optimization tooling, and cloud AI services across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Ability to communicate effectively with revenue teams, engineers, and brand-level commercial executives.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic AI, RAG, Model Context Protocol, or Universal Commerce Protocol architectures.
• Knowledge of OTA and wholesale contracting, channel mix, distribution strategy, and direct-booking optimization.
• Experience with customer insights, loyalty, and segmentation analytics.
• Revenue-management certification such as CRME and continued industry leadership.
