Product Manager (Mobile Gaming)

Location: On-site, five days per week at the Downtown Vancouver studio, Canada

Salary: CAD 95,000–120,000 per year; the listed range applies to candidates located in Vancouver.

What you will do

• Represent players in game development and live operations decisions, translating strategic directives into product goals and features.
• Define live operations monetization strategies, forecast content releases, and create events and offers.
• Optimize monetization and engagement KPIs through feature analysis, competitor research, and game economy improvements.
• Partner with project management and cross-functional teams to establish schedules, plans, and product priorities.
• Work with data teams to analyze in-game trends and translate A/B testing and machine learning results into recommendations.

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant product management experience in free-to-play mobile gaming.
• Deep expertise in monetization, player engagement, live operations events, sales, and content.
• Strong understanding of game economies, design principles, and player psychology.
• Analytical skills, spreadsheet proficiency, and the ability to turn datasets into actionable insights.
• Clear communication, cross-functional collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
