Location: São Paulo, hybrid

What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end invoice receiving workflow with requesters, Procurement, Accounting, and Tax.
- Validate invoices against purchase orders, accounting rules, and applicable taxes.
- Support accounting closing routines, tax reconciliations, tax returns, reports to tax authorities and auditors, and tax assessments.
- Maintain ERP master data for vendors, clients, items, taxes, and purchasing categories.
- Collaborate with Finance IT on automation and improvements to the invoice receiving workflow.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from the second or third semester onward in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven Excel skills, including basic formulas, pivot tables, and conditional analysis.
- Intermediate written and reading English for reviewing invoices and documents.
- Clear communication, self-development, openness to learning, and a growth mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Familiarity with tax and accounting concepts and routines.
