Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or Physics.
  • 10 years of experience managing end-to-end reliability programs for complex electromechanical systems.
  • Experience delivering one or two product generations from concept and prototyping through production ramp and field deployment.
  • Experience managing DFMEA or another risk-analysis process across a product line.
  • Extensive experience creating reliability test plans, conducting failure analysis, and leading cross-functional root-cause resolution.
  • Strong technical background in mechanics of materials and physics of failure for electronics and sensors.

Nice to have

  • PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or Physics.
  • 15 years of experience directing reliability programs at contract manufacturers, ODMs, international vendors, or suppliers.
  • Experience in OEM automotive, Tier-1 suppliers, autonomous vehicles, or sensor reliability.
  • Experience managing a reliability test lab with thermal, vibration, and environmental equipment.
  • High-volume hardware product development, launch, and mentorship experience.

Culture & Benefits

  • Full-time employment with a company benefits program, subject to eligibility.
  • Eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus program.
  • Equity incentive plan participation, subject to eligibility.
