Location: Remote from Colombia, Brazil, or Mexico; collaboration during U.S. business hours

is sourcing candidates for a client seeking a website designer who combines UX/UI design with hands-on CMS implementation.
What you will do
- Create wireframes, mockups, high-fidelity designs, responsive websites, and landing pages.
- Translate brand and business goals into intuitive, engaging, and conversion-focused user experiences.
- Build and maintain websites in WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, or Shopify using HTML, CSS, and light JavaScript.
- Configure forms, plugins, integrations, and third-party tools.
- Optimize websites for speed, SEO, accessibility, mobile performance, and Core Web Vitals.
- Test, troubleshoot, update, back up, and maintain websites across browsers, devices, and screen sizes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional website design experience and a strong portfolio of website and landing page projects.
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, or Shopify.
- Strong HTML and CSS skills, with an understanding of modern UX/UI and responsive design.
- Experience optimizing websites for SEO, speed, accessibility, and mobile usability.
- Ability to collaborate remotely during U.S. business hours.
Nice to have
- Shopify or WooCommerce experience.
- Basic JavaScript or front-end development knowledge.
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager familiarity.
- B2B SaaS, agency, or e-commerce experience.
- Conversion-focused landing page and CRO experience.
