Location: Remote in the United States; listed location: Wauwatosa, Wisconsin
This is a full-time Limited Term Employee (LTE) position.

What you will do
- Partner with hiring managers to define job scopes, advise on searches, and provide regular status and market updates.
- Source active and passive candidates through resume databases, networking platforms, social media, Boolean searches, and deep web sourcing.
- Build recruitment marketing campaigns, targeted candidate lists, and talent pipelines using recruiting technologies.
- Conduct phone interviews, assess candidate skills and fit, and provide interview preparation and ongoing communication.
- Present offers, support candidate acceptance, and maintain engagement throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Maintain accurate recruiting reports and follow OFCCP and other compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Five or more years of results-oriented recruiting experience in an in-house, RPO, or agency environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Pharmaceutical industry experience is required; pharmaceutical sales recruiting experience is preferred.
- Experience with deep web sourcing techniques and recruiting technologies.
- Ability to demonstrate niche segment or industry expertise and follow documented compliance processes.
