Program Director (Digital & Creative Projects)

Location: San Jose, Costa Rica (Hybrid: minimum 3 days per week in office)

What you will do

• Provide oversight and leadership to project management teams across a portfolio of creative projects.
• Manage operational cadences, including financial tracking, resource planning, and recruitment.
• Lead status meetings, client reviews, and stakeholder presentations to ensure project health and client satisfaction.
• Analyze project performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and optimize staffing models.
• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure work remains on brief and meets high-quality standards.
• Approve client invoices and third-party purchase orders while maintaining budget discipline.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the San Jose, Costa Rica office at least 3 days per week.
• Proven experience in program-level management, including financial forecasting and portfolio planning.
• Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing ecosystems and technology-enabled initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and financial reporting software.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in pitch development, RFP processes, and scope definition.
