Salary: $100,000 per year; Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., 40 hours per week

What you will do
- Support the development, implementation, evaluation, and maintenance of paint and powder coating operations.
- Provide technical support for automated painting lines, including color, gloss, chemical substances, and coating processes.
- Analyze production defects, quality rejects, field issues, root causes, and quality trends.
- Collect and analyze production samples and communicate quality findings to production teams, vendors, contractors, and other departments.
- Prepare reports on nonconformances, daily production quality, root cause analyses, and process improvements.
- Train Paint Operators, assist with mechanical problem diagnosis, and update paint training manuals.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in the offered role or a related Paint Quality Assurance position.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with powder coatings in home appliance manufacturing and powder coating production line management.
- Experience with automatic painting robots, electrostatic spray coating systems, and powder paint.
- Experience analyzing and managing field quality issues, paint defects, and EHS and chemical safety requirements.
- Must have proof of legal authority to work in the United States.
