Full Stack Development Consultant (Mobile, Web, and Integration)

hirify.global is delivering a digital platform comprising cross-platform mobile and web applications with a shared backend and DHIS2 integration.

What you will do

• Design and build Android and iOS applications from a shared cross-platform codebase, including offline-first data capture, background synchronisation, conflict resolution, and visible sync status.
• Build a responsive web application with shared domain logic and a common design system, implementing server-enforced role-based access.
• Develop C#/.NET and Python backend services with versioned, documented REST APIs and optimised relational data models.
• Integrate DHIS2 tracker and aggregate data flows with metadata alignment, resumable synchronisation, retries, dead-letter handling, reconciliation, and auditable error replay.
• Implement Keycloak-based single sign-on across mobile, web, and backend services, including OIDC/OAuth 2.0 flows, token lifecycle management, and service-to-service authentication.
• Maintain architecture, API, integration, and environment documentation and conduct technical handover sessions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of production software delivery experience, including a system taken from design through live release and post-release support.
• Strong capability in C#/.NET and working proficiency in Python, or the reverse.
• Shipped cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, React Native, or .NET MAUI.
• Modern web frontend experience with React, Angular, Vue, or Blazor.
• Experience with third-party REST integrations, authentication, pagination, rate limiting, partial failure handling, and data reconciliation.
• Hands-on OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect implementation, relational database design, Git, CI/CD, and containerised deployment.

Nice to have

• Direct DHIS2 experience, including Web API, tracker programs, custom apps, or metadata packages.
• HL7 FHIR or experience with regulated and public-sector data environments.
• Offline-first synchronisation engine design and advanced Keycloak configuration.
• Message queues, event streaming, observability tooling, or government and enterprise hosting experience.
