What you will do
- Manage a personal caseload of employment rights cases.
- Assist senior legal professionals on complex employment rights matters.
- Support and progress cases from inception through to resolution.
- Provide high-quality client care and maintain an empathic approach.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve positive outcomes for clients.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with 0–2 years PQE experience in employment rights claims.
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines.
- Strong commitment to client care and an empathic approach.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
