Senior Finance Analyst

What you will do

• Execute and deliver the Month-End Closing (MEC) reporting pipeline, monthly Best Estimation (BE) forecasts, and annual Business Planning (BP) models.
• Create executive-friendly reports with concise summaries and clear financial analysis, business insights, and key findings.
• Develop and improve data-validation processes to identify, diagnose, and resolve financial anomalies, missing postings, and reporting discrepancies.
• Maintain the structural integrity of the localized P&L via accurate group mapping, classification, and allocation of income and expenses across business units and cost centers.
• Continuously improve and automate budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis processes.
• Act as a trusted finance partner to local department leads by providing financial insights, modeling project profitability, identifying cost optimization opportunities, and evaluating promotional ROI.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Corporate FP&A, Financial Analysis, Controlling, or Top-Tier Audit environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Professional fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and local accounting principles and tax bases.
• Practical knowledge of IFRS standards.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data visualization); SQL knowledge is a strong advantage.
