What you will do
- Supervise mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installation works on site.
- Coordinate design engineers, construction contractors, vendors, and project management stakeholders.
- Ensure installations comply with drawings, specifications, GMP requirements, and HSE standards.
- Track construction progress and support schedule delivery.
- Manage equipment installation and vendor coordination.
- Drive MEP systems through mechanical completion, commissioning, validation, and handover.
Requirements
- Degree in mechanical, electrical, or building services engineering.
- 5–10+ years of experience in MEP construction.
- Experience with pharmaceutical, biotech, or cleanroom projects.
- Knowledge of GMP standards and cleanroom systems.
- Fluent German is required.
- Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, construction sequencing, and quality-focus skills.
