Escalation Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Salary: SGD 142,000 – SGD 170,000

What you will do

• Maintain hirify.global technology deployments for industry-leading customers.
• Analyze complex problems and defects, recommending solutions in a professional and timely manner.
• Act as the primary communication contact for customer issues via email, phone, and remote tools.
• Collaborate with R&D, Sales, and field teams to isolate issues and provide technical feedback.
• Create diagnostic tools and update technical documentation to address recurring issues.
• Gather requirements for new product features from the field.

Requirements

• Mandarin Chinese proficiency required.
• Experience as a Technical Support Engineer with case management expertise.
• Deep understanding of NF-Tables, IPrule, IPsets, and PKI/CA.
• Experience working in the security space and with public cloud infrastructure.
• Strong problem-solving, systems analysis, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Singapore.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Ruby, Python, REST API, and SQL.
• Experience with knowledge management frameworks and writing KB articles.
• Public cloud certifications (AWS, Azure).
• Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, OpenShift).
