What you will do

• Design and optimise end-to-end collateral journeys supporthirify.global lendhirify.global products.
• Translate business needs into executable user journeys, requirements and product features.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Management, Finance, Risk and Operations to deliver scalable collateral solutions.
• Drive integration across lendhirify.global platforms, AI-enabled back-end solutions and workflow toolhirify.global, includhirify.global LoanIQ and LoanIQ Gateway.
• Support AI-led collateral capture and revaluation, includhirify.global testhirify.global, implementation, risk assessments, approvals and go-live activities.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual intervention, improve straight-through processhirify.global and strengthen data quality, controls and documentation.

Requirements

• Experience in Lendhirify.global and/or Collateral Management.
• Experience across the software development lifecycle, includhirify.global requirements gatherhirify.global, refinement, testhirify.global and implementation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into product features and customer journeys.
• Experience with complex system landscapes and integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solvhirify.global, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Technology-minded approach with an AI-first focus on data, automation, scalability and operational efficiency.
