Lead Hybrid QA Engineer

Location: Remote within the EU timezone; core working hours are 10am–3pm in the local time zone.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end QA strategy for web, Android, iOS, and API releases.
• Perform black-box, white-box, integration, regression, stress, performance, and API testing.
• Create test plans, test cases, reports, and automated tests for web, mobile, and REST APIs.
• Develop test automation frameworks and improve automated test efficiency.
• Improve continuous integration pipelines and automate software engineering processes.
• Review requirements, designs, and code; improve quality processes and mentor less experienced team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of QA engineering experience with full-stack testing.
• Experience leading QA teams or QA initiatives.
• Manual testing experience across web, Android, iOS, and APIs.
• Strong Python skills and experience with Selenium or Playwright, Appium, Postman, and Chrome DevTools.
• Knowledge of relational databases, preferably MySQL, plus experience with REST API automation.
• Experience developing and running continuous integration systems; familiarity with Jenkins and Jira.

Nice to have

• Docker and Kubernetes experience.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases, preferably MongoDB.
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Electrical Engineering.
