TL;DR
Program Coordinator, EMEEA (Grants and Contracts): Managing grant and contract lifecycles, portfolio data, budgets, reporting, and partner coordination for the foundation's EMEEA policy and advocacy work with an accent on financial analysis, process governance, and cross-functional operations. Focus on coordinating investment workflows, maintaining data integrity across systems, and supporting performance management across multiple projects and stakeholders.
Location: London, UK; based at the foundation's office. Limited-term position until 31 December 2027. Travel of up to 10% domestically and internationally may be required.

What you will do
- Coordinate grant-making activities, including requests for proposals, submission deadlines, revisions, reporting, and evaluations.
- Manage the development, administration, tracking, and closeout of grants and contracts in the INVEST system.
- Track invoices, deliverables, expenditures, required reports, payout targets, and portfolio progress.
- Maintain grant and contract data across databases and SharePoint sites, ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting.
- Conduct budget and financial analyses for contracts, grant proposals, and annual reports.
- Act as a liaison for grantees, vendors, finance, legal, grants, contracts, and other internal teams while providing process training and onboarding support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, financial reporting, data analysis, and synthesis.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, policy compliance, prioritization, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects, work independently in matrixed teams, and influence stakeholders without formal authority.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at a fluent level.
- Must be legally able to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Experience in project management, portfolio management, financial management, nonprofit operations, or a related field.
- Experience in support or coordination roles within highly matrixed teams.
- Knowledge of grant-making processes.
