What you will do
- Own the end-to-end execution of the flagship annual event, BLP Connect, including budget, venue, and agenda.
- Curate and manage high-level CFO round tables and partner events.
- Manage vendor relationships, logistics, and timelines for multiple concurrent events.
- Track attendee data and event performance metrics using HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
- Act as the primary brand face for customers and partners during events.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in event marketing or management, preferably in B2B or SaaS.
- Fluent in both German and English.
- Must be based in Zurich for on-site work.
- Proficiency with HubSpot or comparable CRM systems for event tracking.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to travel as required by event schedules.
