What you will do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-suite candidates, clients, and key decision makers.
- Identify and engage directors and C-suite candidates and clients within the interim market.
- Source, screen, and recruit experienced candidates for interim roles in the PSEC or private sector.
- Manage interim search campaigns and apply the established search methodology.
- Work collaboratively with RPO/MSP teams, HR service lines, and senior recruitment consultants.
Requirements
- Experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant or above.
- Proven track record in business development and recruitment.
- Experience working with senior-level candidates and clients.
- Understanding of the complexities of executive search functions and interim recruitment.
