Project Manager (AI)

Location: Onsite or hybrid work in Grodno or Minsk, Belarus

Salary: $700–$1,400 net per month

What you will do

• Manage small and medium-sized production projects and related support tasks.
• Ensure delivery on time and within the agreed scope, schedule, and budget.
• Identify and manage project risks to minimize their impact.
• Organize project workflows and measure performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Coordinate communication between business stakeholders and technology teams.

Requirements

• 1–1.5 years of commercial project management experience.
• Proactive mindset, systemic thinking, and a problem-solving approach.
• Solid proficiency with project management tools.
• English proficiency at B2+ level, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident use of AI tools.
• Ability to work onsite or in a hybrid format from the Grodno or Minsk offices.
