Recruiter Junior+/Middle

What you will do

• Support the full recruitment cycle from sourcing through hiring coordination.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, direct search, and similar platforms.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and coordinate the hiring process.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to support hiring decisions.
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate data in the ATS.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of recruitment experience.
• Basic understanding of software development roles and technology stacks, or willingness to learn.
• Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, GetMatch, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of Boolean search techniques; X-ray search is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and collaborate effectively.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher for working in an international team.

• Experience with X-ray search.
