What you will do
- Manage and moderate the Discord community, including welcoming members and running engagement events such as game jams and contests
- Create a steady stream of content including clips, devlogs, and updates
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for game launches to build buzz and attract players
- Collect and relay feedback from developers and players to the internal team in actionable formats
Requirements
- Location: Must work onsite in Toronto
- Passionate gamer with ability to analyze game mechanics
- Experience building and growing communities, preferably on Discord
- Familiarity with indie game development communities and game jams
- Experience marketing or launching games and creating engaging content solo
- Comfortable integrating AI tools into personal workflow

- Experience shipping or building games
- Running a personal channel or audience
