What you will do

• Onboard new affiliates by evaluating partner potential, moderating accounts, supporting launches, and establishing communication channels.
• Develop and scale the existing partner portfolio while resolving operational and commercial issues.
• Design and execute strategies to attract new partners and expand the affiliate network.
• Monitor affiliate metrics, analyze performance, identify growth opportunities and risks, and optimize reporting.
• Select and prepare advertising formats, landing pages, and creatives tailored to partner needs.
• Analyze advertising effectiveness and improve conversion rates and revenue while supporting partners and representing the company at industry events.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in affiliate or performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of RevShare, CPA, CPC, CPM, traffic sources, monetization models, advertising formats, capping, and anti-fraud practices.
• Experience with Affise or similar affiliate tracking platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data, metrics, and reporting tools such as Amplitude or Grafana.
• Experience with Similarweb, Semrush, or equivalent business development and competitive intelligence tools.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher for communication with international partners.

Nice to have

• Experience working with publishers or media buying teams.
• Experience managing publishers within the affiliate industry and an established professional network.
• Experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools.
• Understanding of dating or entertainment verticals.
