What you will do
- Build and harden mission-critical infrastructure powering the medical AI platform.
- Improve systemic health, performance, and efficiency across services and data platforms.
- Reduce operational toil and strengthen observability.
- Define robust service objectives across critical systems.
- Improve on-call processes and ensure effective incident response.
- Own engineering work across products and projects where it can create the greatest impact.
Requirements
- Experience applying an SRE mindset to production infrastructure and services.
- Ability to work autonomously with end-to-end ownership.
- Strong focus on precision, performance, reliability, and measurable outcomes.
- Availability to work on-site in Miami or San Francisco.
