What you will do

• Ship code that fixes bugs, builds features, and automates improvements for all users.
• Work directly with customers to debug, optimize, and architect AI/ML workloads.
• Build scalable systems including tooling, dashboards, and automated workflows for efficient support.
• Close the feedback loop by translating customer patterns into platform improvements.
• Contribute to open source projects and create technical content to support the community.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in New York, London, Stockholm, or San Francisco
• Experience in either low-level infrastructure (operating systems, networking, distributed systems) or AI/ML engineering (model training, inference optimization, GPU work).
• Strong automation mindset to eliminate manual processes.
• Clear communication skills for customer interaction and internal collaboration.
