Lead Producer, Integrations - LEGO® GAME (Gamedev)

Location: Billund, Denmark. Hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office and 2 days from home. No relocation support is provided.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end production pipeline for multiple concurrent digital game products.
• Guide teams through project setup, delivery readiness and development from concept to launch.
• Coordinate external developers, IP partners and agencies, serving as the operational escalation point.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, production goals and resource planning across the product lifecycle.
• Align development with Marketing, Legal, Responsible Gaming, Data and other internal stakeholders.
• Improve internal production workflows for rapid, iterative digital platform development.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a producer in a relevant industry and proven leadership experience.
• Experience completing full development cycles for multiple shipped titles or products.
• Ability to manage and implement project changes as business goals and market trends evolve.
• Expertise in project budgeting, scheduling, resource planning, production pipelines and live operations.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving and strategic decision-making skills.
• Ability to work from the Billund office an average of 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with production tools such as JIRA, Confluence or Miro.
• Experience with children’s, young adult or family digital products.
• Experience with UGC gaming platforms such as Roblox, Minecraft or UEFN.
• Familiarity with platform-specific performance metrics and reporting.
• Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams.
