What you will do

• Prepare and adapt creative assets for packaging, retail displays, and digital channels.
• Adapt assets for regional markets according to localization guidelines and translation direction.
• Build and maintain production files for global product launches and brand campaigns.
• Apply production standards, file naming conventions, and asset management practices.
• Review files for accuracy and consistency, incorporating feedback from proofs, markups, and creative reviews.
• Track project tasks and progress in Workfront or Wrike while maintaining organized shared file systems and asset libraries.

Requirements

• Recent graduate of a college or trade school program in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
• Foundational proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of print and digital production basics, including file formats, resolution, and color modes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to apply feedback from proofs and markups precisely.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Portfolio or work samples required for consideration.
