Technology Risk Officer

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands. Hybrid setup: after the first 3 months in-office, work 2 days remotely and 3 days in-office each week.

What you will do

• Test and challenge ICT infrastructure and controls to identify weaknesses before they affect users.
• Use AI to automate risk testing, monitoring, and evidence collection at scale.
• Investigate technology and engineering incidents, interpret results, and prioritize remediation.
• Lead business continuity and disaster recovery testing across technology, business processes, and critical suppliers.
• Coordinate with technical and business teams, challenge control owners, and drive weaknesses through to resolution.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of operational and ICT resilience.
• Proven experience with automated control testing and monitoring, including continuous tests and alerts.
• Expertise in business continuity and resilience testing across technology, processes, and supplier risk.
• Strong risk judgment and analytical skills for prioritizing remediation.
• Strong stakeholder management and challenge skills, with the ability to work directly with engineering teams.
• Comfort using AI to design and scale risk processes.
