TL;DR
Flutter Developer (Fintech): Building secure cross-platform applications for banking self-service kiosks and digital card solutions with an accent on high-performance interfaces, reactive programming, and robust mobile architecture. Focus on integrating REST and Firebase services, developing native modules, optimizing application performance, and maintaining testing and CI/CD pipelines.
Location: Tashkent, with onsite, hybrid, and fully remote work options mentioned in the posting.

What you will do
- Develop cross-platform mobile applications with Flutter, RxDart, BLoC, and Provider.
- Build interactive interfaces and custom animations targeting 60/120 FPS performance.
- Integrate REST APIs and Firebase services, including Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, and Crashlytics.
- Design, test, release, maintain, and optimize applications throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Configure build automation, versioning, CI/CD pipelines, caching, pagination, and local data management.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers; participate in Scrum ceremonies, code reviews, mentoring, and onboarding.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Flutter Developer.
- Strong experience building interactive user interfaces, high-performance animations, REST integrations, JSON processing, and application data management.
- Solid knowledge of BLoC and Provider state management patterns.
- Experience writing unit, widget, integration, and end-to-end tests using Flutter testing tools, Flutter Driver, or Appium.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Flutter applications, including Codemagic or GitHub Actions, and with Firebase services.
- English at Intermediate level or above.
Nice to have
- Native Android development with Java or Kotlin.
- Native iOS development with Swift or Objective-C.
