Senior Product Analyst — A/B Platform

Location: Hybrid in Limassol, Cyprus

What you will do

• Design and evolve the experimentation framework used across ride-hailing, delivery, fintech, and other products.
• Build and validate methodologies for A/B, multivariate, switchback, and regional causal inference testing.
• Solve complex causal inference problems involving network effects, interference, non-compliance, delayed effects, and heterogeneous treatment effects.
• Partner with engineers to translate statistical logic into scalable, production-ready systems.
• Create decision frameworks, metric standards, and experiment review processes for product teams.
• Drive adoption of advanced experimentation tools such as CUPED, variance reduction, and causal models.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or experimentation-focused roles.
• Strong knowledge of statistics, probability, and causal inference.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing at scale.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills.
• Ability to explain complex statistical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Product mindset, curiosity, rigor, and willingness to challenge assumptions.

• Experience with experimentation or causal inference libraries.
