TL;DR
Product Designer (AI): Designing enterprise customer experience intelligence products spanning analytics, complex workflows, AI-powered functionality, and bilingual experiences with an accent on end-to-end product design, usability, and Arabic/English RTL considerations. Focus on reducing cognitive load, validating designs through research and data, and building consistent experiences across sophisticated B2B products.
Location: On-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; designated for Saudi nationals

What you will do
- Own design problems end-to-end, from problem definition and user experience design through wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, handoff, implementation, and iteration.
- Clarify ambiguous customer and business problems in collaboration with Product, Engineering, Research, and stakeholders.
- Design analytics, complex workflows, AI-powered functionality, and customer-facing experiences that reduce cognitive load and improve enterprise outcomes.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to shape solutions, work through constraints, and support implementation.
- Contribute to the design system, usability testing, lightweight research, design critiques, and cross-functional communication.
- Design Arabic and English experiences with RTL considerations for enterprise customers across the region.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of product design or UX/UI experience, ideally in B2B or SaaS environments.
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and the ability to solve ambiguous problems.
- Proficiency in Figma and experience with prototyping, design systems, and modern product design practices.
- Strong collaboration, communication, critical thinking, usability, accessibility, and visual design skills.
- Must be a Saudi national.
Nice to have
- Experience designing data-heavy or analytics-driven B2B products.
- Experience with AI-powered products, conversational interfaces, or AI agents.
- Experience designing Arabic/English or RTL experiences.
- Familiarity with FigJam, Maze, LogRocket, or similar research and testing tools.
