Location: Remote from Slovakia, with at least 25% of working time expected in the Košice office.
Salary: Negotiable base salary from €1,500 gross, plus a variable component and other financial benefits.

What you will do
- Lead and coordinate one team of up to 20 colleagues as the main point of contact for daily operations.
- Provide disciplinary leadership, individual development, coaching, and motivation measures.
- Communicate company and team goals, plans, and deadlines.
- Maintain relationships with customers, German counterparts, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor team performance, utilization, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Act in accordance with applicable legislation and the Slovak Labor Code.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar leadership position.
- General understanding of IT.
- Leadership and virtual leadership skills.
- Communication, conflict handling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Resource and financial management skills.
- German at B2 level and English at B2 level required.
