Manager - Internal Investigations

Location: Hybrid in Limassol, Cyprus

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end fraud investigations across multiple countries, from intake through evidence collection, interviews, analysis, and closure.
• Gather, preserve, and document digital and operational evidence according to chain-of-custody best practices.
• Conduct structured interviews with whistleblowers, witnesses, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare clear investigation reports and case summaries for internal stakeholders.
• Identify control gaps, recurring fraud patterns, and root causes, then recommend remediation actions.
• Monitor control implementation and improve investigation procedures, templates, methodologies, and responsible AI usage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of investigation experience, including independently managing investigations end to end.
• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification is mandatory.
• Professional proficiency in Russian and English is mandatory.
• Strong experience with evidence handling, chain of custody, structured interviewing, statement-taking, OSINT, link analysis, and relationship mapping.
• Experience with NUIX, Relativity, digital evidence handling, and data analytics.
• Strong analytical thinking, integrity, objectivity, discretion, confidentiality, emotional intelligence, communication skills, professional courage, and attention to detail.
