TL;DR

Location: Minsk, Belarus; onsite or hybrid at the employer's location

What you will do
- Design interface prototypes for internal company services.
- Develop and maintain the existing design system.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to turn requirements into user-centered designs.
- Document UI components, patterns, and accessibility standards.
- Monitor industry trends and apply relevant design approaches.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of design experience.
- Knowledge of Figma, including libraries, components, variables, and layouts.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to manage time, prioritize multiple projects, and work collaboratively.
- Proactive, self-organized, and detail-focused approach.
Nice to have
- Ability to communicate in English.
