Senior Credit Risk Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Develop predictive scoring models for credit decision-making using internal, external, platform, and alternative data.
• Develop and optimize credit limit and rate policies.
• Implement scoring models in online decision-making systems.
• Evaluate lending product profitability and build NPV models.
• Analyze loan portfolio performance and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, DWH specialists, developers, and product analysts to deliver ML-driven business results.

Requirements

• Understanding of machine learning and data analytics.
• Experience in lending to SMEs or individuals.
• Experience building NPV models and analyzing business processes, data, and cause-and-effect relationships.
• Experience with Python and SQL.
• Ability to apply mathematical and analytical reasoning to real-world business problems.
• English proficiency: B2 (Upper-Intermediate).

• Python library development skills.
