Senior Project Manager - Electronic Process Engineering

Location: Billund, Denmark. Hybrid work policy with an average of 3 days per week in the office. Travel to EMS partners is expected for approximately 40% of the year. No relocation support is offered.

What you will do

• Design and deliver manufacturable processes and electronic components for hirify.global® SMART play.
• Balance process engineering and project management responsibilities across the product lifecycle.
• Develop equipment platforms and specify equipment requirements with third-party suppliers.
• Lead projects using the Project Execution Model, defining scope, governance, roles, and responsibilities.
• Collaborate with design, sourcing, manufacturing specialists, suppliers, and EMS partners to deliver scalable solutions.
• Manage project handovers, conduct after-action reviews, and apply agile project management practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a similar field and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant experience in electronic manufacturing services, including work with novel electronic products.
• Experience in consumer electronics, medical devices, automotive, audio, or a similar field.
• Ability to manage projects, plan risks, and coordinate delivery from concept through production.
• Strong negotiation, communication, influencing, analytical, supplier, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional English is required for communication across cultures and seniority levels.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of DFx, FMEA, and Six Sigma.
• Knowledge of MTM, time studies, line balancing, lean manufacturing, and bottleneck analysis.
