TL;DR
Senior RPA Tech Lead – UiPath Orchestration Expert (UiPath): Leading the technical design, orchestration, deployment, and integration of UiPath automation solutions with an accent on architecture, CI/CD integration, and non-functional requirements. Focus on managing technical debt, industrializing RPA delivery, validating key enablers, and guiding the development team.
Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid work with 1 remote day per week

What you will do
- Lead the technical design and orchestration of RPA solutions using UiPath Orchestrator.
- Guide the development team through automation solution deployment and enforce technical standards.
- Own the technical architecture, including the definition, validation, and implementation of key squad enablers.
- Manage technical debt, CI/CD integration, testing, performance, and other non-functional requirements.
- Develop team members’ technical skills and promote architectural best practices.
- Maintain JIRA ticket quality, monitor debt scores, and drive technical industrialization initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of RPA experience, preferably in automation project leadership.
- Strong expertise in UiPath Studio, UiPath Robots, and UiPath Orchestrator.
- Proficiency in VB.NET, .NET, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence, Agile methodologies, and technical architecture practices.
- Existing legal right to work in the European Union is required.
- Communicative English and good command of French are required.
Nice to have
- UiPath Solution Architect or other RPA certifications.
- Project management certifications.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry, scripting, and automation best practices.
