TL;DR
Mid Product Designer | Manila (Legaltech): Creating and optimizing digital product experiences for tech-enabled lawyers and law firms with an accent on interaction design, accessibility, user journeys, and complex B2B workflows. Focus on solving ambiguous product challenges, leading strategic design initiatives, and connecting user insights, business objectives, and technical constraints.
Location: Hybrid in Makati City, National Capital Region, Philippines, with onsite work required in Makati three days per week

What you will do
- Design and optimize digital products and features across the product suite.
- Address complex product challenges involving technical constraints, business objectives, and legal practitioner workflows.
- Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, wireframes, and design-sprint outputs.
- Build and refine personas, user journeys, and behavioral insights for legal users.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to carry design intent through implementation.
- Lead or co-lead strategic design initiatives, accessibility standards, and design direction across products.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer or in a similar digital product design role.
- A portfolio demonstrating product designs, strategic thinking, design rationale, and solved user problems.
- Strong proficiency with Figma or Sketch, interaction design, product thinking, and core design principles.
- Ability to connect business strategy, design solutions, user needs, and technical constraints.
- Strong communication, time management, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to improve development productivity and workflow efficiency.

- Startup experience or experience working with a remote team.
- Experience in the legal services industry.
