What you will do
- Create and analyze financial models and customized company valuation analyses.
- Prepare client presentations and support advisory teams across industries, regions, and products.
- Manage transaction processes and assist with structuring mergers and acquisitions, fixed income, and equity issuance transactions.
- Coordinate tax advisors, attorneys, and bankers while leading due diligence processes.
- Participate in legal negotiations, maintain client communication, and help strengthen client relationships.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of investment banking or equivalent experience.
- Native Japanese language skills required.
- Outstanding academic and professional achievement.
- Strong team orientation and the ability to work effectively across groups and regions.
- Ability to work onsite from the Tokyo office.
