Product Manager (IoT)

Location: Hybrid role based in Nairobi or Mombasa, Kenya; moderate work travel is expected. Candidates should be based in Kenya or be willing to relocate to Kenya.

What you will do

• Own the software and data product strategy and evolution for critical engineering systems, business processes, and business intelligence in the electric vehicle financing business unit.
• Work with engineers to continuously improve product capabilities and deliver customer and business value.
• Partner with analytics engineers on internal reporting and data visualization needs within the eMobility domain.
• Gather feedback from customers and customer care teams to identify pain points and improve the customer experience.
• Analyze data to understand business performance and identify opportunities for new products and improvements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience.
• Strong technical and analytical skills, including the ability to conduct complex data analysis independently.
• Experience with backend or API-first products and B2C products.
• Experience with IoT products and remote device control best practices.
• Experience integrating SaaS CRM systems with custom software.
• Experience with agile methodologies, cross-functional team leadership, data-driven decision-making, and strategy development.
