Product Owner and Senior Risk Data Journey Expert (Credit Risk Data)

hirify.global supports Credit Risk through infrastructure, risk engines, and data capabilities used for capital calculations, Risk Weighted Assets, and Loan Loss Provisions.

What you will do

• Lead an Agile squad delivering enhancements to credit risk engines.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating business priorities into delivery plans.
• Collaborate with Risk, Data Management, IT, Business stakeholders, and auditors.
• Develop expertise in the Credit Risk Data Landscape, including PD, EAD, LGD, and related risk engines.
• Support regulatory initiatives in the Data Lake environment and design efficient data flows and tooling.
• Contribute to the digitalization of Risk processes and data architecture.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner and/or Scrum Master.
• Experience working in Agile environments and managing product backlogs.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, ownership, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Experience with Oracle Databases and SAS Enterprise Guide.
• Strong affinity with data, systems, regulatory requirements, and Data Lake architectures.
• Ability to work across Risk, Business, and IT teams.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the Record Bank data landscape.
• Knowledge of credit risk models and processes.
