What you will do
- Identify prospective industrial partner businesses and manage the process through signed agreements.
- Coordinate onboarding, daily operations, and ongoing support for signed partners.
- Track partner performance and data collection targets.
- Support hardware deployment and perform basic troubleshooting at partner facilities.
- Communicate with product, strategy, and partner teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements based on operational feedback.
Requirements
- Strong professional communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- More than two years of industry experience in physical or onsite operations, logistics, business development, account management, or analytics.
- Experience working in warehouses, factories, or logistics centers.
- Analytical, strategic, and process improvement capabilities.
- Availability for onsite coordination and daily visits to partner sites.

- SQL proficiency.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
